The process is ongoing and should be completed by the end of April 2016 by the consultant and the Saint Lucia Football Association.

Consultant in discussion with the General Secretary outlined the general themes of the Strategic Plan which was approved in principle.

Thereafter, produce professionally designed and printed version of document  above and hold:

  1. All staff meeting to go through Strategic Plan;
  2. The next day, host a media conference to launch it;
  3. Meetings with key stakeholders to give them a copy and discuss their role in it.
