The St. Lucia Football Association concluded its Strategic Planning Process when it held phase two of the series of two sets of workshops in Strategic Planning. The second and final sets of Workshops were held on the 29th and 30th December 2015 led by Strategic Planning Consultant, Mr. Wentland Paul.
The Association’s executive decided that in an effort to continue to be scientific in its operations that its programs and activities must be guided by a Strategic Plan that will provide us with documented and scientific information as it pertains to our programs and activities for the next four years. In this regard, our actions would be guided by a set of plans that are developmental in nature and relevant to our needs and our realities.
The National Executive Committee and selected staff attended the workshop and were instrumental in the development of specific objectives and activities that would help in attaining the necessary Goals. The association’s member Leagues were consulted to allow them to input their ideas into the Strategic Plan.
The Strategic Plan is the ultimate tool that will clearly articulate the plan for the development of football in Saint Lucia by the association and will span a four year period, 2016 – 2020.
